Preston was born and raised in Arizona, where he developed a lifelong passion for sports, wellness, nutrition, and adventure. He completed his academic studies at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Wellness & Nutrition. Preston is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and is dedicated to helping individuals become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.
Now based in Tacoma, Washington, Preston takes a comprehensive approach to fitness that blends body mechanics, human movement, strength development, and cardiovascular conditioning. He emphasizes posture, mobility, and muscular balance, integrating targeted stretching and nutrition strategies to support long-term performance and overall health.
Outside of his professional work, Preston enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and their three Labrador retrievers. Together, they hike, forage, cook, and pursue an active lifestyle that reflects his commitment to health, balance, and continuous growth.
